Uniform strength of rubber coating on roller ensures even and tight winding of jari yarn on rollers. The company manufactures rubber rollers with uniform hardness and precise grinding over the surface, and perfect bonding of rubber to metal. Proper selection of rubber grade is made as per application, viz., abrasion, temperature and chemical resistance. Hardness range is 35 Shore to ebonite. The company also offers tailor made solutions as per design and drawing with rubber roller recoating, MS fabrication cell and dynamic balancing.
