As a manufacturer of custom roll forming systems, the company has a reputation of producing high-end quality equipment to meet customers’ specific requirements. Standard series: these roll forming machines are available in several standard sizes to provide flexibility in strip width and thickness of material that can be formed. And every one incorporates the same accuracy, precision and stability found in the highest grade of machine tools. The machines are available in various models, with the roll shaft dia ranging from 25 to 50 mm; maximum roll width 120 to 400 mm; maximum strip width 100 to 380 mm; and maximum strip thickness 1.2 to 3.15 mm. Apart from standard roll formers, the company also offers the following models: wide width roll former; roofing sections roll former; decking sections roll former; edge forming machinery; and roofing machinery. The company was established in 1986 by A S Shetty, CEO of the company. He has worked in Demag AG, Germany, Tube Products of India and TI Metal Sections Ltd; consulted for Godrej Boyce & Co Ltd, Nagarjuna Steels Ltd, Ispat Steels Ltd, etc. He is assisted by Vivek Shetty, technical director, who has worked with Chicago Roll Company & Shape Corporation, USA.
