Quick Die Change System for Metal Forming

Aditron India offers a quick die change system and die storage system for metal forming units. The quick die change system consists of roller blocks on which the user stores the dies. The rollers blocks are available in various capacities from 500 kg to 8000 kg, suitable for different sizes of dies. One person can push or pull the dies with weights within 2500 kg and two persons can push or pull dies with weight up to 8000 kg. The dies are handled on roller top trolleys or die loaders with rollers on top. The dies are stored in racks with rollers, in two or three tier racks. The user does not need any other equipment for lifting and shifting the dies. Users save 30 to 80 per cent of the die changing time, thus increasing production by reducing the die changing time. Some customers are using these roller type systems to change the jigs and fixtures of metal forming welding systems. The company offers low cost automation for quick die change without using forklift or any other equipment. These are proven during last few years with nil maintenance and no running cost, the best way to improve production to save space for die and jigs storage.
