Hydraulic Stamping Machine for Processing Large Size Sheet Metal

FINN-POWER Lillbacka, Germany, has developed a hydraulic stamping machine which can be attached to various tool systems. A fast hydraulics, short non-productive time and efficient control guarantee high productivity. This stamping machine is designed for processing of sheets of structural steel up to a thickness of 8 mm and for sheet sizes of up to 1528 x 3061 mm. The maximum nibbling efficiency amounts to 900 lifts per minute. The hole to hole tool changing time lies between 1 and 2.5 sec. Simultaneous with the stamping, both data transfer and editing are possible.
