Cold Nut Forming Machines

SS Sabharwal manufactures latest types of cold nut forming machines. These make nuts from round wire in various sizes like 3/16"(M4), 1/4"(M6), 5/16"(M8), 3/8"(M10), 1/2"(M12), and 5/8"(M16). These machines are substitutes for imported machines. They are provided with double connected rods to run the main slide for a long time, with phosphor bronze bushes. The transfer grippers are fitted with two springs for enabling the gripper to align with punch and die automatically at each forming stroke. The motor, flywheel with air clutch, and brake system are isolated from other parts of the machine for better air circulation.
