Threadaid offers CNC Spline Rolling Machine, Jarryd-20 C. This is a highly sophisticated spline-rolling machine and can roll components up to 1.25 module splines. One of the unique features of this machine is force feeding the job into the spline rolls and gradually forming the splines by generation method very accurately. Other features: Jarryd-20 C uses PC based controls and sophisticated AC variable drives which can control all machining parameters very accurately. Machine setup is very easy; pitch matching is controlled electronically. High precision ball screws, ground gears and bearings are special characteristics of this machine. Simple user/operator friendly menu driven programmes, without the use of "G" or "M" codes, are used for setting up a component. Jarryd-20 C has a high-resolution positive feedback arrangement for accurate and consistent components. Job change over is very easy; the old programme can be stored in the vast bank of memory available with Jarryd-20 C. The company also manufactures CNC spline rolling machines of 40-tonne capacity and hydraulic spline rolling machines of both 20- and 40-tonne capacities.
