CNC Router Machines

Harshda Automation offers CNC Router Machines, Rhino 2020 C. These are suitable for Engraving, cutting, drilling and are available in different aluminium bed size such as 16x 16 inches; 24x 24inches; 48x 48 inches and 48x 96 inches as standard machines and special size machine up to 20 ft length. These machines have linear guides with ballscrew drive system up to 48inches length & beyond that size they are available with rack and pinion drive system. Drive motors are either micro stepper motor/AC servomotor. Feed rate varies with different machines as per the applications from 1,800 to 10,000 mm/min. Spindle motors provided are as available with speed variations from 10,000 to 27,000 rpm. These machines are used for cutting wood, MDF, plastic, acrylic, wax, brass, aluminium and other soft metals. An optional fitting includes coolant system, vacuum system for dust collection and rotary drive to convert into 4-axis CNC machine.
