Bending of Sheet Metal

The Solid Sheet HVAC is a powerful, all-purpose unfolding program for any sheet metal bending part designed with AutoCAD or Mechanical Desktop. The underlying geometry can be solid as well as a membrane model. The faces to be unfolded only need to be picked by the user. The result is the flat pattern including all piercings, notchings and any exact intersecting curves. In addition, there are extended 2D-3D features which make designing of complex 3D metal bending parts easy. Any shapes and curves designed in 2D are automatically converted into the desired 3D solid model inside AutoCAD or Mechanical Desktop. Also on show are quality proof of sheet metal bending parts with bend andle control by laser.
