Hi-Tech CNC Marketing & Services offers Vertical Machining Centres, MCV 600. It has a working surface of 1000 x 460 mm with strokes of 610 x 500 x 510 mm on X, Y, Z axis with job weight carrying capacity of 800 kg. The box type design of main body enhances the life of the machine. All slide ways are induction hardened and precision ground. The mating surfaces are coated with Turcite B lining material. The spindle is designed for durability and easy maintenance. The high-speed model can run up to 20000 RPM for machining jobs in the mould, aerospace and electronics industries. Speeds up to 3000 RPM are suitable for machining jobs in steel or cast iron materials. A choice of 18 tools umbrella type or 24/32 tools arm type tool changer is offered. It can be offered with wide range of CNC controls like Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Fagor, Num, etc. A wide range of machining centres with X-axis traverse up to 2000 mm is also offered.
