Vertical Machining Centres

Ibarmia Innovatek offers a Vertical Machining Centre, ZVH series. It is a fixed table and moving column type, with automatic vertical/horizontal head. In combination with a rotary table integrated in the table, complex form or multi faces machining could be realised in one setting. All the moving parts are made out of perlitic grey iron, which is giving a great rigidity, necessary for high productivity rate. The movement is realized by combination of ball screws and linear guides allowing reaching according to the models until 45 m/min. Technical characteristics: travels - longitudinal 1.600 to 8.000 mm, transversal 800 to 1.000 mm and vertical 860 mm; table - 2.000 x 850 to 8.600 x 1.050 mm; power of the main motor - 25 kW to 35 kW; main spindle speed - 5000 to 24000 RPM; taper - ISO 40/50 - BT 40/50 - HSK A-63/A-100; rapid feed - 30 to 45 m/min; Nº of axis - 4 axis in the head + V axis integrated in the table (optional); and magazines - 30/40/60 tools.
