Haas Automation offers Large Capacity Vertical Machining Centre. For large travels and heavy-duty cutting capacity in a vertical spindle, Haas offers the VS Series large-frame, bed-style vertical machining centers. These machines feature a 50-taper, geared-head spindle and a 30+1 tool side-mount tool changer. The fully supported X-axis travels easily handle parts weighing up to 10,000 lb.
Vertical Machining Center; 150" x 50" x 50" (3810 x 1270 x 1270mm), 50-taper geared-head, 30 hp (22.4 kW) vector drive, 7500 rpm, 30+1 side- mount tool changer, color remote jog handle, 2nd home button, 15" color LCD monitor, USB port, memory lock keyswitch, rigid tapping and 95-gallon (360 liter) flood coolant system. Anchor kit required for installation.
