It has a unique spindle design where the spindle motor is directly coupled to the spindle and this design reduces noises, backlashes and vibrations. The machine could handle tight tolerance work at 24/7 basis. It has passed the ball-bar and laser calibration test, which speaks of its high quality. The mass arrangement and rib construction done with FEM analysis helps the machine to endure intensive load of heavy-duty cutting. The table size is 700 x 420 mm, the XYZ travel axis is 560 x 410 x 450 mm. The machine could store up to 20 tools. The machine weighs 3000 kg and has 21 kVA total power supply.
