Features: Sinumerik 802 D/ Fanuc 0i MB CNC system; AC spindle and axis drives; 20 tools bi-directional cam operated twin-arm tool changer; mechanical counter balance for Z-axis; fail safe brake for Z-axis; direct drive for axes through flexible couplings; manual pulse generator; rigid tapping; total machine enclosure; spindle load meter; and panel cooler for electronics. Optional features: LM guideways for all 3 axes; high pressure coolant through spindle system (16 lpm @ 23 bar); chip conveyor; CNC rotary table/ index table; automatic pallet changer; voltage stabilizer; front auto door; flood coolant system around spindle; fail safe brake for X and Y axes.
