The overhang free table movement is supported by highly rigid Meehanite casting iron that ensures best dynamic leveling accuracy, machining rigidity and durability. The counter weight of Z-axis headstock is secured by guide bar to minimise machining vibration. It has 2 types of ATC units for different job requirements. The reliable APC unit shortens the machining time and increases efficiency. Detachable MPG handwheel is installed for operational convenience. The table size is 1200 x 600 mm. The spindle speed is 45-6000 RPM. The machine has a BT50 spindle taper. The machine accommodates 24 tools and weighs 10,600 kg. The total power supply is 44 kva.
