Machining Centre with Four Spindles

The MCM Clock MP4 is a 4 axes/5 axes horizontal axis machining centre. The working area is 700 mm on the X and Y axes and 800 mm on the Z axis. Rapid feeds of 32,000/40,000 per minute are possible. The unit has four spindles which can achieve between 8,000 and 20,000 RPM. The capacity of the tool magazine is 72 tools for the ISO 40 and HSK 63 spindles and 48 tools for the ISO 50 and HSK A 100 spindies. The multipallet has room for four pallets of 630 x 630 mm in size and up to 800 kg in weight. The overall rotation diameter is 800 mm.
