Electronica India Limited offers a high speed CNC Vertical Machining Centre, Arjun 650, with compact foot print compared to other equivalent in the industry. With table size 800 x 450 mm covering total strokes for operation with rapid feed rate 36/36/24 m/min for X, Y, Z axes, the machine helps reduce idle time during operation. It is equipped with latest CNC system from Mitsubishi as standard, resulting in “precise, fast reliable”. Other controller options are also available. High speed arm type automatic tool changer having capacity of 20/24 tools is optional. The chip to chip time is compatible with best in the industry, helping to cut down the idle time for tool change during operation. The hydro-pneumatic tool de-clamping system ensures positive and fast tool de-clamping. Electronic counterbalancing system for Z axis ensures smooth and balanced movement of Z axis in feed as well as rapid feed mode. Centralised lubrication system is very effective and ensures to reach all the moving parts on axes motion. The simple and effective pneumatic system ensures all accurate, fast and synchronised functions in machine operations. All electro-mechanical components used are of reputed make ensuring high quality performance and highest reliability. The effective coolant and chip management system gives comfort to the operator to maintain the machine update. The machine is tuned to gain higher acceleration of axes movement which will result in reducing idle time during operation by fast positioning and tool change functions.
