Goushin Machinery Tools Co Ltd offers CNC Vertical Machine Centre, MCV-750H. The MCV series machines in various models are characterised by high accuracy with high rigidity case type structural design. These high-speed machining centres are ideal for precision and quick machining of disparate components. By virtue of high accuracy and dynamics of linear axis drives, the machines are particularly suitable for form cutting. More variants of spindles allow the customer strict selection in his requirements. There are both power spindles with the gearbox for power machining (as many as 620 Nm) and high-speed spindles with 24 000 rpm, which are great at form machining. The MCV series machines are built on the supporting frame in the C-form. The ordering and the shape form of the machine supporting frame is optimised with respect to the requirement for the high rigidity and stability. Application of the linear lead in all linear axes guarantees the required accuracy and dynamic by the machining. The company was established in 1995 by a technocrat with more than ten years experience in design, research, and development in CNC Machinery tools. At the beginning, it was engaged in manufacturing of all kinds of components and accessories related to machining. In 1998, it launched a machining centre department and imported equipment from Japan for delicate processing, including spindle box, bearing block, and motor bracket. It now manufactures a range of CNC vertical and horizontal machining centres, tapping centres, milling heads, 5-axis machining centres, etc. In machining tools, the products range from widespread belt type spindle, gear spindle to CNC double column gear spindle and so on and so forth.
