Salient features: precision bored and sturdy spindle housing to hold two independent spindle cartridges; BT-40 type work spindle with four bearings (Ø70 mm) arrangement engineered to maintain higher machining precision for longer duration; masterly crafted 180° pallet swivel table; bifurcated front loading arrangement to re-clamp (or) re-load parts while machining is taking place; flexibility to choose between servo or hydraulic drive motor; a pair of automatic tool changing magazine with user defined twin arm or disc type, tool places – 10/16/20/24; user-friendly ultra modern high end five axes Siemens 810D CNC system for axis movement; CNC controller aided with Ethernet adaptability, 2.5 MB of working memory and pleasing 10.4” TFT colour display; and coolant system – effectively designed flood, flush and spindle through coolant system with steep walls and strategically positioned outlets for effective cleaning of chips. The chip tray positioned on the rear side of the machine for easy swarf management.
