Specifications: high rapid rates: 40 m/min for all axes; high positioning accuracy - ?0.003/300; repeatability - ?0.0025 for all axes; and high production rate. Salient features: compact design; thermally symmetrical and robust machine configuration; sturdy spindle mounting; suitable for flexible machining set-up"s; wider guide ways; high reliability due to minimum moving parts; and weight of component is not a limitation as the component is mounted on a sturdy central base. The company also offers system design - proposal design/plant layouts, cost estimation, detail engineering, CAD/CAE conversions; manufacture - prototype components, tooling/fixtures for machining/assembly/inspection, machines - CNC and conventional, and equipment.
