Jyoti CNC introduces KX Five Series CNC Double Column Vertical Machining Centres with 5-Axis Head for machining of complex parts. The X-axis is a moving table with wider spacing around both columns with wider working envelop permitting longer parts to be machining and a wider range of tool lengths to be used in same set-up. Y-axis mounted on a traverse supporting the moving saddle. Z-axis equipped with orient able milling head with orthogonal rotation axes and electro spindle. Axes are equipped with linear motion (roller type) guide ways.
- Double column machine with wider spacing between columns with broader walls having fixed gantry architecture
- Headstock with Fork Milling Head having 2 Rotational Axes (A & C Axis)
- Both A & C Axis with Direct Driven High Torque Motors
- Combination of features like rigidity in structure, dynamism of motors & drives, CNC algorithm of controller allows high cutting speeds, high federates, high acceleration without jerks
- Machine enabled to work perfectly with High Cutting parameters even for complex shaped components with deep cavity work pieces
