CNC Vertical Machining Centers

Bharat Fritz Werner offers CNC vertical machining centers in two models, BMV40 TC20 and BMV50 TC20. These are of compact design and offer power, precision and performance.

Standard machine features include: AC servo drives; variable speed AC spindle drive; coolant tank and chip tray; safety guards; instant tool clamp/de-clamp; LM guideways and ball screws; maintenance tool kit; and instruction manual.

Optional machine features: higher spindle power; higher spindle speed; AC unit for electrical cabinet; high pressure coolant - coolant through tool facility; and chip conveyor.

Standard CNC features: 9"monochrome CRT; 3- axis simultaneous control; part programme memory - 128 kB; self-diagnostics; RS-232C serial interface; helical interpolation; background editing; run hour and part count display; custom macro B; simple tool life management; and rigid tapping.

Optional CNC features: manual pulse generator; monochromatic graphics; and fourth axis facility.
