Madras Gauge Room Equipment Pvt Ltd offers Work Holding Equipment, an integral part of any machining centre operation for ease of operation and to hold the component in the desired angle, ready to take on machining. The quality of work holding would decide the quality of machining or finish that is obtained on any machine tool. The GRE range of work holding equipment (tomb stones) comes with an array of sizes and shapes comprising of square, T slotted, T type, hexagonal, octagonal and sub-plates. They are available both plain and with drilled and tapped holes including T slotted faces. These tomb stones/work holding equipment are made of FG 250- IS 210 grade castings and are normalised for stable and lasting accuracies. They are also finished by hand scraped where necessary, for in building closer accuracies on squareness, and flatness over the faces. The work holding equipment comes with base size 400 x 400 – 500 x 500 or 630 x 630 mm. Height shall conform to standards heights of 400/500/630/800 mm or special sizes could also be offered to suit the customers’ requirements. Sub-plates are also offered as standard product sizes ranging from 400 x 400 and up to 800 x 800 mm either with plain or drilled/bushed sub plates. These are manufactured to exacting standards and with CNC machine tools that are best in the world production scenario for repetitive accuracies. The company offers its range of products with quick deliveries and some products could also be offered off the shelf from export production.
