Sanki Machine Tools offers new FX-K Series CNC wire cut EDMs manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric, Japan. These machines have high speed, rigidity, high accuracy and reliability. Ther are made with advanced technology for high productivity and the most demanding tasks. The machines are available in flushing (non-submerged) and submerged types. An automatic wire threading unit with water jet system is available as an option. The CNC control system is a 32-bit CPU that allows multitask performance. Anti-electrolysis power supply which prevents corrosion, is standard. PM2 power control dramatically increases machining speed, enabling fully automatic cutting based on required surface finish. Consumption of wire is reduced significantly (up to 10 percent compared to standard machines) in economical operation mode, without a drop in speed and accuracy. Estimation of machining time and wire consumption can be made on the machine itself. The technology is based on ordinary brass wires. Automatic wire feed mechanism is available optionally. Self diagnostic function and graphic display of consumable status is standard. The machine is equipped with column movement system for easy operation. Standard fitments include wire processing device, dimple prevention function, automatic second cut and canned cycles
