Vertical Machining Centre

The Vertical Machining Centre, VS Series are available in three different table sizes: VS 40:- 900 x 450 mm, VS 50:- 1120 x 510 mm and VS 60:- 1320 x 610 mm. The machines are available with BT 40 or BT 50 spindle to fulfil all machining requirements. The built in motor for spindle provides high acceleration and deceleration. At the same time better surface finish and better accuracies can be achieved on the components. These machines have specially designed cam type ATC, which allows tool changing at very high speed. It gives one more advantage of utilising complete envelope of the table for accommodating the jobs. The machines have robust double column construction and avoid compound slide on the table. All the linear motion guideways and ball screws are permanently lubricated by special resin bonded material (Eco-Pack), thus eliminating mixing of lubrication oil with coolant. The use of powerful Seicos Sigma (Fanuc base) CNC control enhances the capability of these machines. These are suitable for all machining requirements of component machining as well as die/mould machining. Specially developed software (SHG-1 and SHG-2) allow high speed machining for better results.
