Vertical Milling Attachment

Haresh Tools Corporation offers Vertical Milling Attachment. The motorised vertical milling attachment for mounting on lathe or bench makes it possible to carry out milling operations at any angle, without the need to reset or bolt attachments onto the machine. This is in fact a small milling machine. The head can be rotated and swivelled in both planes through 360°, and can be set at any height to a maximum of 305 mm. Clamping is possible in any position. The work piece is either fixed directly to the large cross slide or held by means of the machine vice, dividing head or lathe chuck. For milling and drilling operations, there are four spindle speeds available (350, 640, 780 and 1450 rpm), and the complete range of cross and longitudinal feeds to the cross slide table. A point to remember is that the attachment can be fitted to the basic machine without any trouble at a later date. All that has to be done is to bolt the base casting of the attachment to the back of the machine bed with 4 screws. The vertical attachment is fitted with its own motor, running independently of the basic machine. The operating switch is already built into the push-button switch unit. All connections to the vertical attachment are with push-on terminals. Motorised vertical milling attachment for milling can be adjusted in height and clamped at any angle, with built in three-phase a/c motor, metric version.
