Twist Drills, High Speed Tungsten Carbide Tipped

JK Files is the sole distributor in India for Joran high speed, tungsten carbide tipped (TCT) twist drills from Denmark. These HM-HSS drills are precision ground drills specially designed for drilling hard, brittle and short chipped materials such as cast iron, silumine, hardened steel, etc. Joran twist drills are primarily applied in pillar machines, automatic drills, CNC machines and working stations. The efficiency and high cutting speed makes it most appropriate for the machine industry. These drills have high speed steel body, hardened and tempered to ensure rigidity and appropriate wear resistance and tips of hard tungsten carbide which ensure correctly sized hole and optimum drilling economy. To justify the use of high speed twist drills, the production equipment should be sturdy and vibration free. Selecting the right combination of speed and feed, can improve the efficiency of the tool in order to take advantage of the possibilities of the high speed twist drills. These are available in two ranges: i) Cylindrical shank drill - DIN 338 specification from ?2.0 x 24/57 to ?18.7 to 135/198 and DIN 8037 specifications from ?2.0 x 18/45 to ?20 x 90/160; and ii) Taper shank drills - DIN 8041 specification from ?10 x 50/140 - MT 1 to ?30 x 125/275 - MT 3 and DIN 345 specifications from ?10 x 87/168 - MT 1 to ?40 x 200/349 - MT 3.
