Twin-Spindle Drill-Head

The Twin-Spindle Drill-Head, Model DH2, is a precise and compact unit to drill two drills simultaneously and aid high production and low fatigue. The two spindle centre distances are adjustable and are set to any PCD within the range. The body of this unit is made up of aluminium and the other parts are of materials selected to ensure a long life. The unit is lightweight to handle and fits with any machine. This Model DH2 has a centre distance adjustable between 25 and 110 mm, and drill chuck capacity of 6-12 mm. This is mounted in any position, i.e. vertical, horizontal or at any angle; and the mounting is optional to suit the feed unit/machine.
