Turning Centre

The Turning Centre is available with turning diameter of 300 to 420 mm with turning length of 400 to 1500 mm. This turning centre is available in LM guide ways version for small size of machines and box guide ways version for medium and large size turning centres. This has powerful main spindle motor power from 9 to 22 kW in A2-6 and A2-8 spindle nose design with spindle speed of 2500, 3500 and 4500 RPM to suit all kinds of job and application. Spindle is supported by cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed angular contact thrust bearings make it ideal for heavy-duty and high speed turning. Larger size machines are also available with German make ZF two-stage gearbox option. This turning centre is the best choice when high productivity with high performance is in prime focus. The company also offers turn-mill centre in above configuration with maximum turning length up to 800 mm.
