Oriental Machine Tools offers Pinzbohr tooling systems. These are some of the best high precision tooling systems available in the world, most suitable for all types of machine tools, machining centres, milling machines, boring machines, lathes and other conventional machines. In their production programme for modular toolings the company has mastered the manufacture of fine boring heads to cover a range from 8 mm to 500 mm, to be used with indexable inserts having micro adjustments to achieve boring accuracy of 0.01 mm on diameter. Apart from standard products, special requirements can also be fulfilled. The company has also introduced recently in its modular boring system a "coolant feeding extension programme"to provide coolant through spindles.
