Forbes Gokak offers the Silver Cut range of Totem Galtona threading taps manufactured in technical collaboration with Richard Lloyd Ltd, UK, owner of Galtona brand. The range offers total tapping solutions, with taps which: can operate at higher speeds, thus reducing total tapping time; give accurately gauged holes; have long life and provide low cost per tapped hole. Salient features: manufactured from cobalt grade high speed steels; consistent and tight thread tolerance; high operating parameters suitable for CNC machines; material specific tool geometry for optimal performance; reinforced shank for increased length; extensive lab tests carried out in UK; and surface treatment to suit application material groups. These taps are available in a wide variety of size range and pitch circle diameter.
