Lakshmi Precision Screws Limited offers Recoil – the simple, cost effective quality Thread Insert System for repairing or creating and securing stronger threads. The Recoil system consist of precision inserts, high quality, high speed taps and simple to use installation tool. Recoil helically wound screw thread inserts are manufactured with 304 (18-8) stainless steel wire cold rolled into a diamond shaped cross section. Recoil inserts are also manufactured in other material such as inconel, nimonic 90, phosphor bronze and 316 stainless steel. These inserts are available in standard free running forms or screw lock type which provides an internal locking feature. Recoil inserts are manufactured for every thread form including UNC, UNF, BSC, BSW, BSP, BSF, BA, NPT and ISO metric thread sizes. Recoil kits contain HSS tap, installation tool, inserts and a full range of problem solving range kits. A wide range of semi-automatic, electric and pneumatic installation tool, HSS taps and complete installation systems are available for production application. Recoil range of Go NoGo gauges are also available to enable precision fit required in volume production applications.
