Features: mounted on rigid column and with tapping capacity up to M 24 x 3 mm in steel with drive system with clutch facility; rigid base with `T’ slots mounted on rigid fabricated base with levelling screw; `F’ class insulated motor to take up frequent reversals in tapping 2 kW dual speed motor with feed forward and rapid reverse; phosphors bronze lead nut and hardened thread ground lead screw for pitch control; control panel for spindle reversals with single cycle and continuous cycle provision with safety elements; amber fixed spindle type four spindle multi tapping unit to tap holes; guide bar arrangement with base plate, tap chuck and adaptor with safety clutch, radial float and length compensation; Messung PLC with 16 OP and 12 IP single/continuous cycle provision; high pressure coolant system; and peripherals such as bellows/covers/guards.
