Spring (Load) Balancers

Tulex Spring Balancers have been designed specifically to reduce the operators fatigue when working with heavy tools. These carry the load making it easy for the operator to concentrate on his work more effectively. The spring balancers can be properly balanced by adjusting the spring tension and then become almost weightless in the hands of the operator and can be moved up and down with very little effort. A range of 15 models covers balancing capacity requirement from 0.25 kg to 120 kg. Apart from the standard rope travel, the company can also cater to the requirements of extra long rope travel as per the clients’ specifications. It can also provide spares of spring balancers if required. Applications: automotive sector to suspend the portable pneumatic tools, normal area of use is engine assembly, 2-wheeler assembly; TV and VCR assembly, refrigerators, washing machine, body shop of cars, fabrication shops, chassis assembly of cars, tractors, jeeps, etc; to suspend welder guns; to suspend spray guns, shot blasting guns; to suspend drifting attachments in mines and quarries, jute and synthetic bag closing machines; to suspend gauges, jigs and fixtures, pendant station, switch button of hoists; and in case of de-oxidation, water washing of plating work with raising and lowering of work, etc.
