Sockets – Manual (Bi-Hex) & Impact (Hex)

Tulex Industrial Tools (P) Ltd offers Bi-Hex Sockets designed to be used manually. These have a black industrial rust resistant finish. The standard range covers bolt/nut across flat (AF) sizes 5.5 mm to 60 mm and ¼” to 2.7/16” in ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, ¾” and 1” square drives. They are designed for high torque to meet heavy-duty industrial needs and are available in standard and deep lengths. Hex (impact) sockets are designed to be used with pneumatic wrenches and nut runners. They have a single hex broaching for good grip on nuts and bolts. Its extra wall thickness together with special steel and heat treatment process helps absorb the shock transmitted to sockets. These are available in ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1.1/2”, 2.1/2”, 3.1/2” square drives to cover nut/bolt AF sizes 6 mm to 235 mm and ¼” to 9.1/8” in standard and deep lengths. These are ideal for operating with hydraulic wrenches and most suitable for use in automobile industry. All impact sockets are made from high strength alloy steel and further heat treated for the best combination of strength and impact resistance. Thin walled impact sockets are also available.
