Reliable & Powerful Design
Sheet metal working tools are developed for continuous use in metal construction and have a robust and ergonomic design. A high-power motor and an optimally coordinated transmission ensure rapid and constant work progress. The power tools are also particularly durable thanks to a metal transmission head. Unlike the shell design, the barrel-type motor housing design ensures that the bearing remains permanently and securely in its place. The motor therefore runs more quietly and the bearing is subject to considerably less wear. 

Nibblers: compact, versatile & curve-compatible
Nibblers are used in roof and facade construction, metal construction, the construction of control cabinets and in dismantling work. They reliably and precisely cut single rolled sheets, corrugated sheet metals, trapezoid sheet metals and profiles of material thickness of up to 5 mm, and reach cutting speeds of up to 2.3 metres per minute. Thanks to its compact design, tradespeople can even work with the extremely handy and versatile power tools in confined working spaces with comfort and precision. Mesh on the vent slots protects the motor from swarf and metal waste during overhead use. FEIN nibblers are equipped with a QuickIN quick clamping system for rapid, tool-free punch and die changes. The cutting direction can be changed by up to 360° without the need for tools. Depending on the material thickness and application, the customer can choose from six FEIN models. The FEIN nibblers BLK 2.0 and BLK 3.5 are suited to machining single rolled sheets and flat materials and are particularly good for cutting curves. The profile nibblers FEIN BLK 1.3 T, 1.6 and 1.6 L are developed for roof and facade construction for material thicknesses of between 1.3 and 1.6 mm. The dismantling nibbler FEIN BLK 5.0 is very powerful and is suited to heavy-duty cutting work, for example dismantling guide rails and tanks. 

Slitting shears: high cutting performance without flying swarf
When separating or cutting out sheet metals, pipes and profiles, swarf loss often needs to be avoided. This is where the FEIN slitting shears come in. They are used in drywall construction, when installing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and for electrical installation work. A high-power motor and good manageability allow for a clean cut at a high working speed of up to 10 metres per minute. The open cutting head guarantees an unrestricted view of the cutting line. The cutting width is 5 mm. FEIN slitting shears come in three versions, which are suited to particularly fast cuts and clean cut-outs with material thicknesses of up to 2 mm. The FEIN BSS 1.6 is a handy, curve-compatible tool for a distortion-free cut. The FEIN BSS 1.6 C also features a chip clipper for removing swarf from any location. The particularly powerful FEIN BSS 2.0 is suited to spiral seam pipes. 

Sheet metal shears: optimum cutting performance even with thicker sheet metals 
Cutting or trimming single rolled sheets and stainless steels are standard applications in metal construction, the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sectors, and for tinsmiths, plumbers and locksmiths. These applications are carried out efficiently and fast with the FEIN sheet metal shears. The sheet metal working tools have a cutting performance of up to 5 metres per minute and are easy to use thanks to their slim design, even when used for long periods. FEIN sheet metal shears are available in four sizes and are designed for material thickness up to 4.2 mm depending on the model.
