Bodies of these chucks are made out of alloyed high strength iron for maximum wear resistance. Jaws are made out of Case hardening steel and are suitably heat treated and are precisely ground for perfect fitting in the body. Scroll is made out of high strength steel and is suitably heat-treated for maximum wear resistance. The threads of scroll are precisely ground. All other components are made out of quality steel and are suitably heat treated for optimum combination of hardness and strength.
