Resource Engimech offers Safety Chucks. It ensures greater reliability while winding and unwinding with industry proven locking mechanism. It locks automatically when shaft rotation starts ensuring safety of work forces as well as expansive material. It is also available with axial lateral adjustment. Specifications: material - body - steel casting; spindle and other components - alloy steel; available sizes - light duty chucks for < 800 kg; heavy duty chucks for > 800 kg; square bush - generally 35 mm onwards; and options - many types of bush design customised to shaft ends available, flange mounted or foot mounted design available, and axial and lateral adjustment possible.
