Safety Chucks are key elements in modern winding and unwinding stations. In combination with Winding Shafts, they make highly efficient solutions to the problems associated with winding of paper, film and roll. These Safety Chucks are manufactured in three standard sizes. Size 30 stands for 30 mm square seat, size 48 for 48 mm square seat and size 48-2S for 48 mm chuck specially adapted for high speed / high load operation. These chucks are used as standard equipment on new converting machinery as well as for retrofit and high performance upgrade of existing machinery.
