Bettinelli Automation Components Pvt Ltd offers a range of Rotary Indexing Tables in three different series. The TR Series is available with the following features: sizes range from 80 mm to 3000 mm; load capacities range from 20 kg to 22 tonnes; housing is made of cast aluminum alloy (sizes 80-110 mm) or cast iron alloy (160-3000 mm); crossed roller bearings for heavy loads and upsetting moments; stations - 2 to 40; stationary through hole centre post; repeatability of ±0.02 mm at pitch radius; and available with pre-arrangement for servo connection for flexible positioning. The IT series is available in sizes from 50 to 450 mm. The HP series is of unique design of combined heavy load support and very low index angle for fast rotation speed and high dwell time, ideal for continuous motion machines.
