CNC Retrofits to get you up & running:
Any of our, or your, conventional machinery can easily be converted to CNC. FANUC systems are very solid and easy to use but are high in cost. We have a stock of reliable 3 axis systems ready to be fitted. We also use a local company that is more "to date" and MUCH more cost effective than the larger names in CNC retrofits. These machines, and many others, make wonderful cores for fully automated machine tools. Call for a price quote!!

CNC Mounting Hardware:
We are now producing our own line of mounting hardware made right here in house. So far, this new line of hardware is available in 2 or 3 axis systems for Bridgeport I and II series mills. These kits are made at our works, are fully machined out of aluminum, and come ready to bolt on.

We have ball screw sets, power feeds, power draw-bars, air assist systems, CNC retrofits, 3 axis DRO systems, 30 taper spindles (for Bridgeports), and so much more. Machine Rebuilds:
Whether you need your existing machine rebuilt, or you would like to order one from our inventory to be rebuilt, we have you covered! Our rebuilds get completely torn down and built back up right. Unlike some of our competitors who can "save you lots of money" by dumping paint on their machines and sending them out the door, our rebuild procedure is rigorous. The machines get all new belts, bearings, bushings, keys, splined gear hubs, screws, nuts, and whatever else it takes to make them run EFFICIENTLY. The casting pieces get sand blasted down to bare metal, cleaned, body puttied, and painted SEPARATELY. Not only do these machines run like SMOOTHLY, they look the part as well.
