Prakash Mechanic Works offers all geared auto feed Radial Drill, Model R40AA/R40G. Features: 40 mm capacity with base plate, provided with in-built coolant tank; steel ram and pinion with 2.82 module heavy teeth enables greater load capacity; newly designed oil bath gearbox of all new design in model PMW-R40AA, R40G and P40AA has 9 speeds with all 9 gears of hardened NiCr steel up to HRC 50-55; long life of machine due to oil bath gearbox and hardened gears; high reliability due to rotation and easy sliding of gears in bearings; gears are internally six splined and shafts are externally; all gears in gearbox are machined on imported WMW make gear shaper; all splines in the gearbox are machined on imported Pfauter make spline milling machine; newly designed auto feed gearbox used in models R40AA, R40BA and P40AA has gears made up of NiCr steel and of heavy 2.5 module; all gears are also hardened; two worm gears are of heavy-duty 2.82 module teeth; all shafts in the gearbox are supported through good quality bearings and not bushes; engaging of auto feed through taper cone mechanism as in the lathe machines enable maximum loading capacity leaving behind other machines. Exclusive features of R40 series: oil bath lifting assembly, steel worm supported through ball bearings at both sides, screw supported through taper roller bearings, wide supports of column, column bracket and arm, heavy-duty lifting screw of 35 mm dia, long bottom for greater rigidity to reduce vibration, heavy-duty column with heavily ribbed base plate, 250 mm long spindle travel, 78 mm steel ram with 2.82 module heavy teeth, greater support through closed V-guideways and wider drilling head, better design of arm for higher rigidity and wide support.
