Shoma Enterprises, a hi-tech tool room located at Bangalore with more than 25 years of expertise in Manufacture of Press Brake Tools, has recently developed and productionised a novel version of Adjustable Press Brake Tooling System to cater to the ever increasing needs of earth moving equipment manufactures, rail coach-wagon building industries. This new design of adjustable press brake die can replace many dies for profile bending on sheet metals like MS, aluminium, brass, copper, stainless steel, etc., of thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 40 mm in combination with press brake punches having different profiles like radius, V, gooseneck, etc., to match specific requirements. Modular type of construction of adjustable press brake die enables easy manufacturing and maintenance. Spring back factor for various materials can be fine-tuned on this adjustable press brake die by increasing/decreasing the die opening by hardened and ground spacers. These adjustable press brake tooling systems can be extensively used in areas like metro rail coach building, earth moving vehicles body parts, medium and heavy machine parts.
