Precision Universal Vice

B R Enterprises offers a universal vice, which is a precision vice. It operates in all three planes and can be set any compound angle easily, accurately and quickly. It is very useful for tool and cutter grinder, surface grinder, mini drilling machine and small milling units. All parts are accurately machined and the jaws are made of tool steel, hardened and ground. Graduation in degrees is provided on all three planes. Specifications: width of jaws – 100 mm; depth of jaws – 30 mm; jaw opening range – 0-70 mm; swiveling in horizontal plane – 360º; swiveling in vertical plane – 180º; total height – 175 mm; tenon slots – 14 mm; parallelity with respect to jaws – 0.02 mm; angular least count – 1º; and weight (approx) – 14.5 kg.
