Precision Tapping Machine

Micro Tech international has developed a precision tapping machine. This is developed as a versatile high speed bench type sensitive tapping machine, to make tapping up to 4 mm diameter. Its hardened and ground spindle is driven by a specially designed belt pulley arrangement powered with a FHP single phase mains operated motor to attain high speed tapping. The machine provides a stepless electronics regulator to achieve low and high RPM accordingly. Precision high speed imported spindle bearings are housed in accurately lapped bores. Hardened and ground spindle of the main pulley, which forms the basis of guarantee for extremely accurate machine operation, conveniently placed controls, compact structure and precision geometry are the other features. The machine is usable with three jaw key tightening chuck. The hardened and ground main spindle is driven by a frictionless felt mounted pulley.
