The offered Power Chucks are front operated and self-contained chucks designed for machining of bar stocks, pipes and the flanges.
- Activated by a built-in cylinder, which eliminates drawbar/drawtube, thus keeping the bore free
- The compressed air is fed into the chucks through the profile seals only when the chucks are in a stationary condition thus actuating the piston rod through the non-return safety valve
- On completion of the chucking operation, the pressure is maintained by the non-return safety valves, and
- Built-in cylinder, high gripping force, no need of draw bar/draw tube, easy for mounting, chucking and unchucking with spindle top, spindle bore is free for bar work, double non-return safety valves.
