Power Chucks Feature High Accuracy, High Speed

Sure-Grip power chucks are lever operated with a counterbalanced system. This enables the user to continually operate their CNC lathe at high spindle speeds and fast feed rates. The 5 " model can be run at 7,000 RPM and the 6" model at 6700 RPM. All this is obtainable at prices said to be competitive with wedge-type chucks. The Sure-Grip lever-operated 3-jaw chuck"s total gripping force is said to far exceed the gripping force of the same size wedge-type 3-jaw power chucks. Top jaws can be ordered with the Sure-Grip power chuck directly from the manufacturer. Hard ser-rated single-step, soft standard height flat, soft standard and medium height pointed nose jaws are ready for off-the-shelf delivery. They are available with either the 1/16" x 90 degrees or the 1.5 mm x 60 degrees serration for all models.
