New Met Pvt Ltd offers Powder Compacting Press, Model Pressfast, in the most economical design. This is ejection type automatic, dual motion press, which applies mechanical pressure from top and bottom simultaneously to produce parts of uniform density. Salient features: the press has a sturdy die table with die adaptor and die clamping ring; the standard compression cam is suitable for cylindrical parts; a separate delay cam sector is provided to produce flanged delay components; the press has one upper, one lower punch and stationary core rod (moving core rod can also be provided for producing thin wall cylindrical components); pneumatic clutch/brake combination is provided for instant stop and continuous operation; the powder hopper is mounted on the press and connected with feed shoe; the feed shoe movements is controlled by separate drum cam which will control the feed shoe movement according to the size of the components; pneumatic cylinders are provided along with the spring for positive filling and ejection; easy adjustable mechanical three speed change over unit is provided for speed change; one short centralized lubrication system; the operating electrical panel board is provided for' start' and 'stop' operations; separate push buttons are provided for inching, continuous and single operations; and electrical panel is also fitted with part counter and hour meter.
