New Reamer With Various Shank Types

The new range of adjustable carbide insert reamers are manufactured as standard from 10 to 50 mm in H7 tolerance. The reamers are equipped with ISO K20 carbide inserts, uncoated or TiN coated. These can be adjusted using only one screw, whereas completion needs two. The reamer can be used both for blind and through holes and, from 12 mm, has through coolant as an option. The standard shank is cylindrical but ISO 9766, Weldon or Whistle Notch shanks can be supplied at no extra charge. There is a guaranteed surface finish of 15 Ra.
