TaeguTec India offers milling tool, Mini ChaseQuad 90. It has improved Chasemill to 4 cutting edges and has the potential to reduce the cost by 50% from the current level. More than 50% of end milling operations do not require ramping capabilities. The Mini ChaseQuad90 can replace the 2-edge inserts for end milling without any compromise in performance. Highlights of SXMT insert: most economical insert with 4 cutting edges; good strength and superb performance; and most economical for general purpose milling like face milling, shoulder milling, slot milling and plunging. Features: positive cutting geometry ensures smooth and efficient cutting with greater accuracy, longer tool life; optimum range of applications up to 6 mm, based on the application; stronger shape of insert; bigger clamping screw for rigid clamping; choice of short and long series endmills; double positive geometry for soft cutting; and choice of CVD and PVD coated inserts for different materials.
