Milling Head with Power Draw Bolt

Brisk Tech Engineers offers a 10 HP milling head for CNC machines, with power draw bolt. Features: the spindle housing is a grey iron casting with robust structure and spindle is manufactured by hardened and ground chrome alloy steel. The spindle is supported by precision taper roller bearings of renowned make. The spindle is driven by AC induction motor and speed is varied by variable frequency drive. The spindle drive has two speed ranges, which can be selected by mechanical shifting lever. The tool can be clamped by pre-compressed by spring stack and could be released by pneumatic cylinder. The head can be mounted on to vertical machining centre structure or on to similar machine configuration.
